Request account deletion

Use this page if you can no longer access AltisTrack and need us to delete your account. If you are still signed in, delete your account from inside the app for the fastest result.

Before you submit

  • Deleting your AltisTrack account permanently removes access to your synced jobs, shifts, exports, reminders, and profile data.
  • If you are subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel billing there separately. Account deletion does not cancel subscription billing automatically.
  • We may need to verify ownership of the account before deleting it.

Delete in the app

If you can still sign in, use the built-in account deletion option in AltisTrack. That path removes your account directly and is faster than a manual request.
