AltisTrack Privacy Policy
AltisTrack helps you track work hours, pay estimates, exports, reminders, and subscription status. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have over your account.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as your email address, locale, and timezone.
- Sign-in data needed to authenticate your account, including one-time code activity and linked Google or Apple identity records when you choose those sign-in methods.
- App content you create, including jobs, shifts, rule profiles, reminder settings, onboarding answers, exports, and sync metadata.
- Subscription records such as platform, product identifier, renewal status, and purchase verification timestamps.
- Technical and security data such as device platform, push token, API request logs, and web-form metadata when you submit a deletion request.
How We Use Information
- Provide sign-in, account security, sync, reminders, exports, and paid features.
- Generate AI-assisted onboarding suggestions and tax setup previews when you choose those features.
- Maintain app reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service problems.
- Process subscription state and restore access across your devices.
- Respond to support issues, legal requests, and account deletion requests.
- Improve the product based on how the service is being used.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when it is needed to run the service, such as with hosting providers, email delivery providers, AI service providers used for optional AI features, platform billing systems, or when required by law.
Data Retention
We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after that to support recovery, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and business records.
Your Choices
You can update or remove information inside the app. If you want your account deleted, use the in-app delete flow or submit a request through the public deletion page.
Children's Privacy
AltisTrack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Account Deletion
If you can still access your account, the fastest option is the in-app account deletion feature. If you cannot sign in, submit a request on the account deletion page. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing a deletion request.
Deleting your AltisTrack account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Subscription billing must be managed through Apple or Google directly.
